Which countries do you ship to?
Here is a list of all of the countries we currently are able to ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
For US customers, we cover all customs and import duties on an order value of up to $800. If the value of your order is more than $800 you will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable.
If you're ordering from Canada or outside of the US, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Deery cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges.
All taxes are set by the shipping destination country and therefore may vary from country to country.
The delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect the payment over the phone. This may cause a delay to your shipping if not paid straight away.
Any taxes and duties collected are paid to the destination country's’ Customs Authority. Return of any merchandise will not result in a refund of those taxes or duties. You will need to contact your local Customs Authority for information on tax reimbursement.
Word wide shipping is free if your order is above 69 Euro. If your order is less than this, the delivery charge is 4.99 Euro.
If your order is sent out via DHL express or a trackable service, we'll email you the link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
You can also track your order by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your orders.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.

Please be aware delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.
Return & Exchange
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of your order delivery date.
The shipping and custom expenses which might occur while you transmit the products to us are at your charge.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse and a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.

We don't offer exchanges on orders placed Internationally. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
