Product Replacement:

Unfortunately we cannot make product replacement for now. In case your shoe size is larger or smaller, first you need to return the product (see, return procedure) and then place a new order. The cargo and custom expenses which might occur while you send the products, are at your own charge.

Deery Shoe assume no liability for any object lost during the return and replacement phases.

 

Return Procedure:

You have right to return product/all products you purchased within 30 days as of the delivery date. You need to transmit the return and replacement form you filled with the cargo to us. Product(s) should not be used (with their labels and intact covering packages and all contents) and should not be in shape to lose its resaleable feature. The cargo and custom expenses which might occur while you transmit the products to us are at your charge. Deery Shoe assume no liability for any object lost during the return and replacement phases.

After the returned product is received by us, for the products which are reviewed and deemed fit for return; the return process is made through the preferred payment method during the purchase is performed.

The return procedure’s response from the bank might change since the process period might change as it is done over banking system. Had there any delay occured, please contact with your bank.
